1. Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails - This is the main choice for our evening meal - open from 17:00 - 21:00. With locally sourced ingredients from Arizona and something for every dietary requirement (vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available) - it's the perfect choice for our group!

2. Sundance Cafe - Open for Breakfast & Lunch from 06:30am - 14:00, this restaurant has everything you need to start the day well. It's our restaurant of choice for these meals - and offers a relaxed dining atmosphere.

3. Desert Springs & Grill - The perfect spot for a little lunchtime refreshment! Open from 12:00 - 18:00, this spot is ideal if you want to grab something whilst relaxing at the pool.

4. Room Service - If you'd prefer to relax after a long day of tennis, then choose room service! Available from 07:00 - 10:30am and 17:00 - 21:00.

5. Grab & Go Fresh Market - Alternative option if you are in a rush! Grab a quick coffee, or a sandwich, salad, or snack.

Bars

We love the Colibri Lounge at the hotel! Open from 11:00am - 22:00, and with beautiful mountain views - it's the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail with the group.
