Itineraries
Find out if you need to pay a deposit or the full balance based on your trip date.
You'll pay a 35% Deposit when booking.
Status - Deposit Paid - Wait - On receipt of your deposit, you'll receive a confirmation email saying 'Don't book your flights.' At this stage - our back office team get to work. No further action is required from you.
Status - Deposit Paid - OK - Once we've firmed everything up (normally in 1 working day), you'll receive a confirmation email from our team: "Go ahead and book your flights."
Action - At this point, you'll need to take some action:
a) Flights - Go ahead and book your flights using our flight search tool.
b) Transfers - Once you've booked your flights, please submit your transfer information (if you've booked one).
c) WhatsApp Group - Join the WhatsApp group for your trip, so you can connect with your host and our team (password = Tennis2022).
Balance Payment - 12 weeks before travel, you'll need to then make a balance payment. Don't worry - we will send you a reminder.
You'll pay a 100% Balance Payment when booking.
Status - Balance Paid - Wait - On receipt of your balance, you'll receive a confirmation email saying 'Don't book your flights.' At this stage - our back office team get to work. No further action is required from you.

Why such a high deposit? - We need a firm commitment! Courts and Coaches are expensive and do have to be planned many months in advance. Cancellations make things rather tricky and do have an impact on the make-up of a group. This is why we offer discounts for booking in early (no discounts when booking late)!
Can i do a payment plan? - Unfortunately not. This is something we are exploring in the future.
Can I pay my balance early? - Yes.
What cards do you accept? Mastercard & Visa (Amex is not accepted due to high fees).
Why can't you confirm my booking instantly? - Players & Rooms. We want to ensure that we have enough players booked on to your week and that a room is confirmed for you.
Your school tennis tour expert will explain the process in full for you as it will depend on whether the school is managing the payment or Active Away are.
