How do I know what tennis standard to input?

One of our biggest challenges is making sure everyone is matched up to someone of a similar standard. Here’s a little more information:

**You will Play Up & Play Down** – There will be times during your Active Away Tennis Clinic where you ‘Play Up a level’ (maybe even against the coaches) and also times where you’ll ‘Play Down a Level’. We try to make this as even as possible.

**Changing Groups** – Please never be afraid to speak to your host about changing groups if you feel over/under challenged.

Our tennis programme is designed to help you become a more skilled and confident doubles player. While we do cover some technique that benefits all players, the primary focus is on doubles tactics and strategy.

If I can’t attend the entire weekend, can I join for just Saturday or just Sunday instead?

Of course! We understand that not everyone can commit to the full weekend, so we’re happy to offer flexibility. You’re welcome to join us for just Saturday or just Sunday, whichever works best for you.

Yes, absolutely! Joining for just one day will still make perfect sense, as each day’s content is designed to stand alone. However, to get the full experience and maximise what you take away, attending both days is ideal if possible.

What facilities of the David Lloyd club can I use?

The club room and changing facilities are available for Active Away guests at all of our Tennis Clinic venues.

Other facilities like the swimming pool, gym etc. are available at some venues however not all.
